GrowthContent Strategy

A content plan built around what buyers search, not a topic calendar.

Trusted by B2B and premium service brands in 17+ countries.

About this

We build the plan before anyone writes a word, mapping the questions your buyers actually search and ask AI tools to the pages that should answer them. The output is a prioritised roadmap tied to business goals, not a calendar of topics someone liked the sound of. It tells you what to publish, in what order and why.

Our content strategy process

Two to three weeks, four stages, then reviewed quarterly.

We build the strategy in two to three weeks with named outputs at each stage, then review it quarterly as the market and your goals move. You leave with a roadmap you could hand to any competent writer.

  1. Research

We study your buyers, the questions they search and ask AI, and what competitors already rank for. Outputs: audience and query research, competitor content scan, gap list. (Week 1)

  2. Map

We group queries into topics and map each to the right page type and stage of the buyer journey. Outputs: topic map, page-type plan, journey mapping. (Week 1 to 2)

  3. Prioritise

We rank the opportunities by likely impact and effort, so you work the roadmap in the order that pays off soonest. Outputs: prioritised roadmap, quick-win list, effort estimates. (Week 2)

  4. Brief and Hand Over

We turn the top priorities into clear briefs any writer can execute, and set how success will be measured. Outputs: content briefs, measurement plan, review cadence. (Week 2 to 3)

Common questions

Questions about content strategy.

Everything teams usually ask before the first call.

How is content strategy different from content writing?

Strategy decides what to publish, in what order and why; writing produces the pieces themselves. Strategy is the map, writing is the journey. We offer both, and they work best together, but you can take the strategy and have your own team write to it.

Do we have to use you for the writing afterwards?

No. The strategy is built so any competent writer can execute it, with briefs clear enough to hand to your in-house team or another supplier. Many clients do ask us to write it too, because the same people planned it, but that is your call, not a condition.

What do we actually walk away with?

A prioritised roadmap tied to your goals: the topics and queries worth targeting, the page types to build, the order to work in, and a brief for each top priority. It is a document you can act on immediately, not a slide deck of generic advice. You also get a plan for how success will be measured.

Does the strategy cover SEO and AI answers?

Yes. We build it around real search and AI queries from the start, so the plan serves organic search and answer engines rather than treating them as an afterthought. It pairs directly with our SEO and AEO work when you want the technical and authority side handled too.
