DevelopmentAI to Custom Development
Turning an AI-prototyped app into a real production build.
Trusted by B2B and premium service brands in 17+ countries.
About this
AI tools are great for proving an idea fast, and brittle once real users, data and auth arrive. We take the prototype you have, keep what works, and rebuild it on sound architecture with real data handling, authentication and security.
Our rebuild process
Scoped per project, four stages.
Timelines depend on the state of the prototype, so we set them after the audit. Every stage has named outputs, and we decide what to keep and what to rebuild before touching the code.
Prototype Audit

We review the AI-built prototype to see what works, what is unsafe and what to keep. Outputs: code and security audit, keep-or-rebuild list, risk notes.
Architecture

We design the production architecture, data model and auth the prototype was missing. Outputs: architecture plan, data model, auth and security approach.
Production Rebuild

We rebuild on a proper Next.js and Node foundation, carrying over the parts worth keeping. Outputs: rebuilt app on staging, real data layer, authentication.
Harden & Launch

We test, close security gaps, check performance, then deploy with documentation. Outputs: test coverage, security and performance pass, deployment and docs.
Common questions
Questions about AI to custom development.
Everything teams usually ask before the first call.
Can you just fix my AI-built app rather than rebuild it?
Sometimes, and we tell you honestly after the audit. If the foundation is sound we keep it and fix what is broken. More often the data handling, auth and structure were never built for real use, and patching them costs more than a clean rebuild that reuses the parts that work. Either way you get a straight assessment before committing.
What is actually wrong with AI-prototyped apps?
Usually not the visible features, which tend to demo well. The gaps are underneath: weak or missing authentication, insecure data handling, no real database design and structure that does not survive real traffic. These are exactly the things that matter once you have live users, which is why we focus the rebuild there.
Will I lose the work already done in the prototype?
No, not the parts worth keeping. During the audit we identify the UI, logic and flows that are sound and carry them into the production build. The rebuild replaces the unsafe foundation, not the good ideas, so the prototype work is not wasted.
How long does a production rebuild take?
It depends entirely on the state of the prototype and how much is salvageable, so we scope it after the audit rather than quote blind. A thin demo with a few screens is quick. Something with many features and tangled logic takes longer. You get a fixed scope and number before the rebuild starts.
Why Urest
Facts we can stand behind.
Only the things we can verify.
Certified Framer Studio
We are a Certified Framer studio, so the platform calls are made by the people who build on it every week.
7+ years in design and growth
The same senior team has been designing, building and growing sites together for more than seven years.
Clients in 17+ countries
We work remotely with B2B and premium service brands across Europe and the US.
One senior team of five, no handoffs
Five senior people, no juniors and no account layer, so no brief gets rewritten on the way through.
All in under one roof
Design, development and growth run as one track instead of three vendors you have to coordinate.
Named outputs at every stage
You always know what you are getting and when, because every stage ships a named deliverable.
