Development services

The right build for the job.

We tell you honestly which platform suits your team and content, and every build ships with SEO set from page one.

  • Framer Development

Fast, CMS-driven Framer sites with SEO set from page one. Live in about three weeks from an approved design.

  • Webflow Development

Webflow builds for teams already committed to the platform, or that need a CMS structure Framer does not fit.

  • Website Migration

Moving a site to Framer or a new stack without losing rankings, redirects or content along the way.

  • Custom Development

React and Next.js applications for teams that outgrew no-code. Architecture scoped before anyone writes a line of code.

  • AI to Custom Development

Turning an AI-prototyped app into a production build: real architecture, real data, real auth.

  • Website Maintenance

Ongoing updates, monitoring and small builds so the site keeps working after launch day.

  • Astro Development

Astro sites for teams that need code-level control, a headless CMS or custom integrations, with pages that ship as fast HTML.

Why Urest

Why choose Urest for development.

How we already run every build, nothing we cannot show you.

  • Certified Framer studio

Platform calls are made by people who build every week. An approved design typically goes live in about three weeks.
  • Honest platform advice

Framer, Webflow, Astro or custom React and Next.js: we recommend the one that fits your team, content and integrations, and say so when a builder is the faster path.
  • SEO from page one

Metadata, structured data and redirects are set during the build, not bolted on later.

Migrations are planned around what already ranks.

  • Sites your team can edit

Content lives in a CMS your team edits directly, without touching layout.

A short editor guide at handover means updates do not wait on a developer.

  • Architecture before code

For custom builds the data model and approach are agreed before anyone writes a line of code, so you know what you are getting and why.
  • One senior team, no handoffs

The people who scope the build are the people who build it, and the same team can design it and grow it after launch.

How we work

How a build runs.

Every stage has named outputs, so you always know what you are getting and when. Build starts from an approved design or an agreed architecture.

Step 01

Scope

We agree the platform, content model and page types before any build starts.

Outputs

  • technical scope
  • content model
  • route map

Common questions

Questions about development services.

Everything teams usually ask before the first call.

Which platform should we build on?

Framer for most marketing sites, because it is fast to build and easy for your team to edit. Webflow when your team already uses it or needs deeper CMS relationships, Astro when you need code-level control and a headless CMS, and custom React and Next.js when the product has real application logic. We tell you honestly which one fits.

How long does a build take?

About three weeks from an approved design to a live Framer site for a typical marketing site, and three to four weeks in Webflow. A migration usually takes two to four weeks. Custom builds are scoped after the architecture stage, and we agree the timeline with you before anything starts.

Can my team edit the site after launch?

Yes. Content lives in a CMS your team edits directly (Framer collections, the Webflow Editor or a headless CMS such as Sanity) without touching layout. We hand over a short editor guide so whoever manages content can work from day one.

Will we lose rankings if we move platforms?

Not if the migration is planned properly. We inventory every URL, map each old address to its new one with a 301 redirect, keep metadata intact, and watch indexing and rankings after the switchover to catch any drop early.

Do you look after the site after launch?

Yes. Website maintenance covers updates, uptime and performance monitoring, and small builds such as new pages, as an ongoing arrangement you can stop rather than a long lock-in.

Do you design as well, or build only?

Both, and it is your call. The same senior team can design your site and build it. If you bring your own design, we build from your files, provided they are development-ready, and flag anything that needs resolving before we start.

Next step

Ready to build? Framer first, custom code where it pays.

We agree the platform and content model, build reusable components, set up the CMS and SEO, then test across devices and publish to your domain. Your team edits the site itself afterwards.

  • Components and CMSA reusable component library and a CMS your team can edit.
  • SEO from page oneMetadata, structured data and redirects set during the build.
  • Tested before launchCross-device QA and a performance pass before we publish.
