About this
A website design sprint is 7 days of design and development, run as one focused project. You rest, we work: we move fast, share progress every day and act on your notes straight away, so your part stays light: a call, quick feedback and a sign-off.

Is a 7-day sprint right for you?
A sprint suits teams who need a marketing site live soon and can make decisions quickly: a launch, a new product, a rebrand or a site that no longer fits. It works best for a marketing site in Framer, a home page and its key subpages, with your copy and brand files ready and the exact pages agreed on the call. If the scope is bigger, we plan two sprints or our standard one to two week project instead.
Website Design Sprint
How fast projects go wrong
Fast projects rarely fail on design or code. They stall on waiting: for copy that is still being written, for images nobody has chosen, or for feedback that takes a week to arrive. Seven days cannot absorb that.
The other failure is a scope that grows mid-sprint. A sprint has room for the pages agreed at the start; new pages added on Day 3 either push everything back or get rushed.
The honest frame
The 7-day clock starts only once the agreement is signed, payment is made and your assets are in, so the seven days go on your site, not on waiting. The scope is agreed on the call and stays fixed for the sprint. Some projects have gone from zero to designed and developed in three days, Plem AI and Eat Cook Joy among them, and Portal Gaming took four. Bigger builds take longer: Formlab took 20 days, and our website design and Framer development projects run at that pace.
Why Urest
Why run your sprint with us?
Only the things we can verify.
Certified Framer Studio
We build on Framer every week, so a 7-day build is a schedule we know well, not a stretch.
Three days, more than once
Plem AI and Eat Cook Joy went from zero to designed and developed in three days. Portal Gaming took four.
An update every day
Every day ends with a short update: what we did, what comes next and what we need from you. You never have to chase.
Notes acted on the same day
Send your notes and we work them in straight away, so a round of feedback never costs the sprint a day.
One senior team, no handoffs
Senior people only, no juniors and no account layer, so no brief gets rewritten on the way through.
Shaped around your team
We fit the sprint to how your team works: who signs off, when you can review and where the updates should land.
You rest, we work
What happens each day of the sprint?
Seven days, one clear plan. Each day we show you something real and ask for one thing back. Your part is a call, quick notes and a sign-off; the rest is ours.

Common questions
Questions about the website design sprint.
Everything teams usually ask before the first call.
What is a website design sprint?
A website design sprint is 7 days in which we design and develop a marketing site, from moodboard to launch. It is not a workshop that ends in a prototype: at the end of the sprint your site is live. We run it with sprint project management: a fixed scope, a plan for each day, a daily update and one quick decision from you each day.
What can you build in a 7-day sprint?
In the Website Sprint, a marketing site of up to six pages, designed and built in Framer: the home page plus up to five subpages, with one CMS collection and its template page. Extra pages are $750 each, and over 10 pages the work moves to a standard project or two sprints. The page list is confirmed on the call and in the agreement before the sprint starts.
When does the sprint actually start?
Day 1 starts once three things are done: the agreement is signed, payment is made and we have your assets (copy, brand files, images and anything else on our list). Until then the clock does not run, so the seven days go on your site, not on waiting for content.
How much does each sprint cost?
The Website Audit is $1,500 and takes 3 days. The Landing Page Sprint is $4,000 and takes 3 days. The Website Sprint is $8,000 and takes 7 days. The audit fee is credited to a sprint or project if you continue. Scope is confirmed on the call and in the agreement, and payment is made before the sprint starts.
How many revisions are included?
The Website Sprint and the Landing Page Sprint include one direction choice from two or three directions, two design rounds and one QA round after the build. The Website Audit is a report plus a call, so it has no revision rounds. Each round is one consolidated set of notes from one decision-maker, within 24 hours. Extra rounds can be added at an agreed rate, quoted on request.
What counts as a change request?
Anything beyond adjusting the agreed direction: a new direction, new pages or new features. We quote a change request separately before any work on it starts, so the sprint price and dates stay as agreed.
What do you need from us?
Before the sprint: a call, the signed agreement, payment and your assets. During it: one decision-maker and one consolidated set of notes per round, within 24 hours; later feedback moves the sprint dates by the same amount. On Day 1 you pick a direction, on Days 2 and 3 you send notes on the home page and subpages, on Day 4 you sign off the design, on Day 6 you check the preview and on Day 7 you give the go-ahead to launch.
What if the scope is bigger?
Then we plan it honestly instead of squeezing it into 7 days. A larger site can run as two sprints back to back, or as our standard project, which takes one to two weeks on average; complex projects take about a month. We tell you which fits on the call, before anything is signed.
Do you build in Framer?
Yes. Framer is our main platform and we are a Certified Framer Studio. Sprint sites are designed and built in Framer, so your team can edit pages and CMS content without a developer after handover. If you need Webflow or a custom build, we will tell you on the call whether a sprint still fits.
Can a website really be designed and built in 7 days?
Yes, when the scope is clear and the content is ready. Some of our projects have gone from zero to designed and developed in three days, Plem AI and Eat Cook Joy among them, and Portal Gaming took four. We do not promise a date the scope cannot support: if it will not fit in 7 days, we say so before the sprint starts.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the Framer project with notes on editing pages and CMS content, so your team can update the site from day one. If you want more pages or ongoing changes later, we can plan another sprint or keep working on the site with you.
