DevelopmentWebsite Maintenance
Website maintenance that keeps the site working after launch day.
Trusted by B2B and premium service brands in 17+ countries.
About this
A site is not finished at launch, it needs updates, monitoring and the occasional small build to stay fast and current. We handle ongoing changes and keep an eye on performance and uptime, so the site keeps earning its place rather than quietly going stale.
How maintenance works
Ongoing monthly cycle, four stages.
Maintenance is a continuous cycle, not a one-off project, so the stages repeat each month. Every cycle has named outputs, and you always know what was changed, what was watched and what we recommend next.
Monitor

We keep watch on uptime, performance and broken links so issues surface before your visitors hit them. Outputs: uptime and performance checks, issue log. (Ongoing)
Request & Update

You send changes, we make them, from copy and images to new sections and CMS entries, within an agreed turnaround. Outputs: completed updates, change log. (Each cycle)
Small Builds

New pages, landing pages and small features get built as they come up, without a new project each time. Outputs: new pages and components, as scoped. (As needed)
Review & Report

Each month we report what was done and flag what to improve next, from speed to outdated content. Outputs: monthly summary, recommendations. (Monthly)
Common questions
Questions about website maintenance.
Everything teams usually ask before the first call.
What does maintenance actually cover?
Ongoing updates, monitoring and small builds. That means content and image changes, new sections and pages, CMS work, uptime and performance checks, and fixing things that break. Larger projects like a full redesign sit outside maintenance, and we scope those separately so your monthly cost stays predictable.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, on Framer and Webflow, and custom React or Next.js builds depending on how they were made. We start with a short audit to understand how the site is put together and flag anything fragile before we take it on. For badly built sites we are honest if a rebuild would cost less over time than ongoing patching.
How quickly do you turn around changes?
Turnaround is agreed up front as part of the arrangement, so you know what to expect rather than chasing. Routine changes like copy and images are quick. Larger changes and small builds are planned into the cycle. Genuine breakages that take the site down are treated as priority and handled first.
Is there a long contract?
Maintenance runs as an ongoing arrangement you can stop, not a long lock-in. We would rather keep it because the service is worth it than because a contract traps you. We scope the monthly level of work with you so it matches what the site actually needs, and adjust it as that changes.
