SEO and AEO for US companies

We run SEO and AEO for US companies from Warsaw: Google and Bing visibility, pages AI assistants can quote, and American English throughout. Our SEO case study is in Australia, so for the US we set out exactly how we would work, starting with an audit and a baseline in the first month.

Where we work from

SEO and AEO for companies in the United States, run from Warsaw

SEO and AEO for a US company means ranking in Google, being visible in Bing, which feeds Microsoft Copilot, and being quotable by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, and in Google's AI answers. Our team works 09:00 to 17:00 in Warsaw and covers calls and messages for US clients until 22:30 Warsaw time, which reaches most of the East Coast working day and the West Coast morning. Our SEO and AEO case study is MedRisk in Australia; in the US our clients include Sumo Transfers, Pinnacle Academy, Amuze Fragrance and S101, so this page describes how we would run SEO and AEO for you rather than results we do not have here.

Our team works 09:00 to 17:00 Warsaw time.

What the work is made of in the United States

  • Google first, Bing not ignored

Google carries most US search, but Bing powers Microsoft Copilot and other assistants, so we check indexing and Webmaster Tools there as well as Search Console.

It costs little and widens where you can be found.

  • American English in every field

Titles, headings, schema and FAQ answers use American spelling and terms, from optimize to color, because searchers and AI assistants match the words people actually use in the United States.
  • Local and national intent apart

A query with a city or state in it behaves differently from a national one.

We separate the two in keyword research, so location pages exist only where you really serve that place.

  • Answers that AI assistants can lift

Direct answers near the top of a page, FAQ sections, structured data and an llms.txt file make it easier for assistants to quote you accurately rather than paraphrase a competitor.

Rules to plan for

What SEO and AEO in the United States has to respect

  • Honest claims under FTC rules

The FTC treats misleading claims and fake or bought reviews as deceptive.

Pages written for search keep to claims you can prove, and review content is only ever real customer feedback.

  • Accessibility is part of SEO work

Web accessibility claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act are common in the US.

Alt text, heading order and readable contrast help both screen reader users and search engines, so we fix them together.

  • A calendar built around Q4

Many US categories peak from Thanksgiving, the fourth Thursday of November, to the end of December.

Content and technical fixes meant for that season need to be live and indexed weeks before it.

In practice

SEO and AEO in the United States, in practice

  • First month: audit and baseline

We would audit crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals and on-page basics, set up Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and record a baseline of rankings, traffic and leads to measure against.
  • Second month: the pages that matter

Keyword research for your US buyers is mapped to existing and missing pages; titles, headings, internal links and structured data are fixed on the pages closest to earning enquiries.
  • Third month: content and AI answers

We would start the first answer-led articles and FAQ sections, add an llms.txt file, and report what moved against the baseline, with no ranking promised along the way.

Common questions

SEO and AEO in the United States: your questions

Do you have US SEO case studies?

Not yet. Our SEO and AEO case study is MedRisk in Australia, linked from this page. In the US we build websites and stores and run paid ads for clients such as Sumo Transfers, Pinnacle Academy and Amuze Fragrance, but we would not borrow SEO results we have not had here.

Do we need to optimise for Bing as well as Google?

It is worth the small effort. Bing runs Microsoft's own search and feeds Copilot, so a site that is indexed and error free in Bing Webmaster Tools has one more route to being found.

How do you handle different states and cities?

Only with real presence or service. We build location pages where you actually serve customers, each with its own useful detail, rather than one copied page per state.

When do you report?

Monthly in writing, with Search Console and lead data, and a call inside our shared window when it helps. Questions sent at the end of your day are answered by your next morning.
