01

Overview

Polskie Forum HR is the leading organisation representing the HR services industry in Poland. Since 2002, the organisation has been shaping the labour market by supporting its members through education, research, and practical standards for the sector.

They approached us with the goal of modernising their digital presence and building a scalable platform that would allow them to independently manage content such as news, sector reports, and industry updates.

02

Challenge

The previous website did not reflect the authority and modern character of the organisation. Content management was limited and not flexible enough to support frequent publishing. The main challenges were creating a more contemporary visual identity, improving usability across devices, and building a powerful CMS that the internal team could manage without technical support.

The final website achieved a performance score above 90 on Google PageSpeed Insights.

03

Process

We started the project with a full redesign in Figma. Both teams worked closely throughout the entire design phase. Polskie Forum HR was involved in every key decision, providing feedback and insights that helped shape the final interface.

Once the design was approved, we moved into development using Framer. The focus was not only on visual accuracy but also on building a system that would scale with their future needs.

Solution

We delivered a fully redesigned website with a modern and professional interface aligned with the organisation’s brand and mission.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • A scalable CMS system built in Framer
  • Seven CMS collections for managing news, reports, and other sector content
  • Migration of all essential content from the previous website
  • Reusable components and a dedicated component library
  • Fully responsive design across all devices
  • Google Analytics integration for performance tracking

The component library allows the client to create and edit new sections independently without relying on our team for future updates.

Results

The final website achieved a performance score above 90 on Google PageSpeed Insights. The platform is fast, stable, and optimised for both desktop and mobile users.

The internal team can now easily publish and manage content, which significantly improves their workflow and reduces long term maintenance costs.

This project resulted in a modern digital platform that truly represents Polskie Forum HR as the voice of the HR services industry in Poland.
