Website redesign and Framer development

The brief
Designed and developed Casa Verde, a luxury real estate template in Framer for real estate agencies.
At a glance

01
Casa Verde is a luxury Mediterranean inspired real estate template built in Framer, designed specifically for agencies and developers that want a visually striking website while maintaining strong search performance. The goal was to create a modern real estate template that combines elegant design with a powerful CMS structure, allowing agencies to scale their listings, content, and services without complexity.

02
Real estate websites often struggle to balance aesthetics with functionality. Agencies need space for large amounts of information such as property specifications, location details, amenities, and media galleries. At the same time, many templates lack proper SEO structure, making it difficult for listings and content to rank on search engines.
Another common issue is scalability. As agencies grow their portfolio, managing properties, blog content, and services can become inefficient if the CMS is not structured properly.
Casa Verde delivers a high end real estate template that prioritises both design and performance.

03
Casa Verde was designed as a complete solution for modern real estate agencies. The template features an advanced CMS system tailored specifically for the real estate workflow. Properties, services, and blog content can all be managed easily through structured CMS collections, allowing teams to scale their website as their portfolio grows.
The layout focuses heavily on SEO and content depth. Each page structure was built with proper heading hierarchy and rich text layers to support strong search engine visibility. Large, high quality imagery is combined with strategic text sections to provide both visual impact and keyword rich content.
The design direction follows a modern Mediterranean luxury aesthetic, blending bold typography with subtle micro typography to create a distinctive visual rhythm. This combination helps maintain visual elegance while still supporting the technical requirements of SEO through properly structured headings and content blocks.
Because real estate listings require a large amount of structured data, the CMS includes dedicated fields for property details, specifications, services, and editorial content. This allows agencies to present complete property information without needing custom development.

04
Casa Verde delivers a high end real estate template that prioritises both design and performance. Agencies using the template can showcase properties through a modern and luxurious layout while benefiting from a scalable CMS system built specifically for the industry.
The strong SEO structure, rich content layers, and optimised layout provide a solid foundation for better search visibility. At the same time, the flexible CMS enables real estate teams to easily manage listings, services, and blog content as their business grows.
