The client

Sumo Transfers prints full colour DTF transfers for cotton, polyester and blends, and UV DTF transfers that stick onto glass, plastic, metal and wood without a heat press. Customers can add blank apparel to the same order. The company is based in Richardson, Texas, and serves print shops, brands and makers.

What we built

We built the Sumo Transfers website: one store for DTF transfers, UV DTF, ready to press designs and blank apparel, where transfers and blanks go into the same cart and check out once.

We set up the site's custom gang sheet builder, where customers design their sheet online and their artwork is auto-nested on it.

The gang sheet builder

A gang sheet carries many designs on one sheet of transfer film. We set up the site's custom gang sheet builder, where customers design their sheet online and their artwork is auto-nested on it.

Sheets are 22 inches wide and from 1 to 30 feet long, and there is a builder for DTF and one for UV DTF.

Three ways to order

The builder sits beside two other ways to order: any single design by size, priced per square inch, or a print-ready gang sheet file uploaded as it is. All three are buttons on the first screen of the home page, with the builder marked as the most popular.
